Tony Ramos is a retired American wrestler who was born on August 1, 1991, in Carol Stream, Illinois. He began his wrestling career in high school, where he became a two-time Illinois High School Association state champion. Later, he attended the University of Iowa, where he continued his wrestling career and won two NCAA championships.

Ramos competed at the international level and represented the United States in different tournaments such as the Pan American Games, the World Cup, and the World Championships. He won a gold medal at the 2014 Pan American Championships and a silver medal at the 2014 World Championships.

Ramos is known for his aggressive wrestling style, especially his powerful shots and quick footwork. He retired from wrestling in 2018 to become an assistant coach at his alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
